APAC Best Practice Advertising Regulation is edited by Glen Wiggs, who has 22 years of experience in advertising standards regulation, and is Adjunct Professor of Advertising Regulation at Sunshine Coast University, Queensland, Australia. He is also the  principal at FAR, the Foundation for Advertising Research, which provides information, research and advice on advertising regulation and other advertising issues.

This site was started after November 2012’s APEC Dialogue on Advertising Standards – Principles and Practice held in Hanoi. A consensus opinion emerged from the Dialogue that the discussions should continue. FAR is pleased to provide the vehicle for ongoing exchange of information.
If you would like to contribute an article, or share some finding or otherwise exchange information and promote discussion then please get in touch. We encourage you to comment on any article.
The overall objective is to advance best practice advertising regulation in the Asia-Pacific region.
